Tickets for all live events & performances may be purchased online or by phone.  Please reach out to the Audience Services team via phone (403.762.6301 or 1.800.413.8368) or via email if you have any questions.

Please create an account or login to update / confirm your password PRIOR to selecting seats or purchasing tickets. If you haven’t purchased Banff Centre tickets online for a while, it is strongly recommended to ‘sign in’ ahead of the On-Sale to ensure you recall the correct password for your account.

TIP: When you purchase a Banff Centre ticket online, make sure that the address listed on your account profile matches your credit card billing address. Once you are logged in, this information may be updated in the Account Information section.

Follow these easy steps to be ready to secure your seats:

1. Visit Banff Centre Tickets.
2. Select Account Login. The location of this menu option will differ depending on if you are accessing the site via a desktop computer or via your mobile device.
3. Enter your Username. It will be the email address associated with your account.
4. Enter your Password.Forgot your password? No stress, just click on the prompt to recover your password and follow simple instructions.
5. Click or tap the Login button.
6. You will be taken to the My Account screen. b;Please review your account details under Account Information to ensure that the most current information is on file.
7. Select Events. The location of this menu option will differ depending on if you are accessing the site via a desktop computer or via your mobile device.
8. Follow the on-screen directions to purchase the tickets to the performance or event of your choice!

For those patrons requiring assistance or are unable to purchase tickets online, a limited number of agents from the Audience Services team can assist you by phone on the following days.

TIP: Please be sure to have your credit card information as well as the performance/seating information for the event you would like to attend ready when you call.

For inquiries outside these hours, please leave your name, contact number, and a detailed voicemail message and a member of the Audience Services team will follow up with you at the earliest opportunity.

PLEASE NOTE: The Box Office ticket window is closed for in-person ticket sales. However, it will always be open forty-five (45) minutes prior to all live performances for in-person ticket sales.
