Q: How do you define being successful?

A: When my group participants and group leader leave The Banff Centre happy and that they know their event was successful.

Q: What quote is your go-to motivator?

A: "Always do your best.  What you plant now will harvest later."

Q: Fill in the blanks:

Always, always, always... Be ready to turn on a dime.

Never, never, never... Assume.  Be sure.

Q: How did you get into this business?

A: I've always been drawn towards customer service and helping people in general.  Once of my first jobs in Banff was as a Front Desk agent at the Mount Royal Hotel and I have been working in the hospitality industry ever since.

Q: Rule of thumb for:

Meetings: Plan well!

Travel: Always have all confirmation documents with you when you travel.

Q: What is your number one suggestion to do, eat or see while at The Banff Centre?

A: Have dinner at Three Ravens Restaurant.
