A: I define being successful in my ability to touch someone in some way every day.

A: "Osu No Seichin" - Perseverance under pressure.

A: My attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Meetings: Listen and asks questions if you have them.
Travel: Absorb as much as possible. Take time to see, hear and feel your surroundings.
Q: What is your number one suggestion to do, eat or see while at Banff Centre?
A: I most definitely suggest dinner in Three Ravens Restaurant. The view, the service, and the food is outstanding.
