Inspired by the architectural plans of a Frank Lloyd Wright pavilion that once stood in the Town of Banff, and the teachings of the Bauhaus Art School around knowing the grammar of your materials, I look for connections between my thinking, photography, materials, architecture and the landscape that surrounds me. My practice is darkroom based, and I am interested how we read images.
