Bring your whole crew, pack a picnic or get food from Maclab Bistro, and grab your lawn chair to soak up some sunshine while enjoying the incredible talents of Bow Valley local artists.

Mari Rosehill is a predominately Indie/Folk singer-songwriter, with moments of Alternative/Rock and is often compared to a young Joni Mitchell. Her vocal range and poignant lyrics swiftly engage the audience and her honest storytelling keeps them captivated. Mari’s songs centre around enlightenment, love, mental health, and addiction, and the artist places an important emphasis on her sobriety in her music and during live shows. A regular at the Canmore Market and other local venues, she was a 2021 Mentorship Project participant and a 2022 CFF Songwriting Contest winner. Mari released her first EP/Album “A Little Unhinged, A Little Bit Weird” in the fall of 2022 and in December, was awarded an Emerging Artist Bursary through the Town Of Canmore. Over time, Rosehill has opened for various artists at artsPlace including Catherine MacLellan, The Small Glories and most recently, Irish Mythen. In August, she performed at both the Canmore and Edmonton Folk Festival with the School Of Song, and gave a prelude as to what her next album entails, with the single “Main Street Song.”
