Don't miss this unique opportunity to see a showcase of Banff Centre's Final Tuning 2025 Dance Residency. 

This performance will be a showcase of current work-in-progress. 

Exile, a new contemporary dance work by Alberta choreographer Meghann Michalsky of Project InTandem, has been dubbed: “rock show meets contemporary dance.”

The piece delves into themes of mass unity, euphoric groove, riotous energy, and surrender. The work draws inspiration from the transformative power of wind and water elements that have been pivotal in her journey through personal and professional hardships.

The creation of this work has been made possible through the generous support of the Alberta Foundation for the Arts, Calgary Arts Development, the DJD Dance Centre Residency Program, Evolved Movement Arts, Dancers’ Studio West Special Projects, production partner Springboard Performance and our incredible fundraising campaign donors.
