Chef Sebastien Tessier's team has designed a creative buffet menu inspired by the unique culinary diversity of Canada, celebrating the ingredients and the seasons. Breakfast: 7:00 am - 9:30 am
Lunch: 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
Dinner: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Due to maintenance throughout Sally Borden Building, Vistas will be closed from December 9, 2024 with an anticipated reopening for dinner service on January 12, 2025. Please see this FAQ for more information.

We recognize, with deep respect and gratitude, our home on the side of Sacred Buffalo Guardian Mountain. In the spirit of respect and truth, we honour and acknowledge the Banff area, known as “Minihrpa” (translated in Stoney Nakoda as “the waterfalls”) and the Treaty 7 territory and oral practices of the Îyârhe Nakoda (Stoney Nakoda) – comprised of the Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Goodstoney Nations – as well as the Tsuut’ina First Nation and the Blackfoot Confederacy comprised of the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai. We acknowledge that this territory is home to the Shuswap Nations, Ktunaxa Nations, and Metis Nation of Alberta, Rockyview District 4.
