Late Winter BAiR 2020 Open Studios

At the end of each residency, participants in Visual Arts programs at Banff Centre open their studio doors to share the artistic research and artwork created, as well as the pertinent conversations generated in the program.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our Visual Arts Open Studios scheduled for March 25th 2020 was cancelled for the Late Winter Banff Artist in Residence (BAiR) program.

In this online version of the Late Winter Banff Artist in Residence (BAiR) Open Studios, we would like to acknowledge each of the exceptional artists who were creating work in our studios when Banff Centre had to shift into stillness. Whether you are an artist, art appreciator, or a curious first-time viewer, you are welcome to explore at your leisure!

We recognize, with deep respect and gratitude, our home on the side of Sacred Buffalo Guardian Mountain.
